Gabriel Enxuga (he/they) is a registered social worker based in Kjipuktuk/Halifax. Operating from a humanistic, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach, they strive to create a non-judgemental space where clients can work towards growth and healing.
Their masters research focuses on epistemic justice in gender-affirming healthcare. In their work they strive towards the depathologization of queer and trans experiences and aim to create a supportive space for self-exploration.
Previously, Gabriel worked as the Support Services Manager at the Youth Project in Halifax and as the Lead Community Organizer with ACORN Nova Scotia.
