Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychotherapist
I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist and Psychotherapist in the province of Quebec. I specialized in challenges connected to major life transitions such as the loss of a loved one, the arrival of a baby, a new job, a relocation, the end or beginning of a relationship...I'm also a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR and somatic (mind-body) approaches to therapy. I work with adults, individuals and couples.

My practice is devoted to individual psychotherapy and couples counselling, I incorporate mindful body-based modalities (Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Hakomi and EMDR) to traditional talk therapy.

Types of therapy provided:
- Individual therapy
- Couple therapy
- Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
- Hakomi Experiential
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Telehealth therapy
- Mindfulness & Meditation

While I work with adults of all ages and walks of life, I see in my practice a lot of professionals in the legal, medical, caregiver, and creative industries.

I welcome diversity including all body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, and religions.
