Hello, I'm glad you're here. I hope that you find what you’re looking for and, if you feel comfortable, perhaps I can lend a helping hand along the way.
As a licensed psychotherapist, couple and family therapist, and social worker, I aim to hold space for and with my clients to help them feel more connected with themselves. I believe that nurturing a deeper understanding of ourselves, others and the contexts that we live in; recognizing the parts that we can and cannot change; and grieving what we should have received but didn't, can allow us more meaning and contentment as we move in life. I hope to accompany you in your process, whether you feel stuck in repeating patterns, are facing difficult situations, and-or are trying to find balance and fulfillment in the various roles you hold for yourself and others.
On a practical note, my approach is integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic concepts, family systems theory, as well as attachment-based and trauma-informed frameworks. I completed master's degrees in Couple and Family Therapy and Social Work at McGill University, and I carry with me a background working in the mental health field within the Quebec public healthcare system.
I am currently open to working with adult clients seeking support, individually or within a relational context, including romantic, familial, and other significant relationships. If you are curious to know more or interested in working with me, I invite you to email or call me so that we can have a first chat.
