My name is Véronique. I am a dedicated psychologist who focuses on present-moment awareness in my therapeutic practice. My mission is to create an open and safe space where clients can reconnect with themselves authentically and liberate themselves from their struggles.

Currently, I am participating in Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry Training for Professionals, which further enriches my empathetic and holistic approach to therapy.

I am passionate about helping individuals break free from the vicious cycles they often find themselves in as they cope with life’s challenges. By fostering a non-judgmental awareness and acceptance of internal experiences, we can reduce reliance on harmful coping mechanisms and make room for healthier alternatives.
